RETURN POLICY
Online returns:
We strongly recommend that you try on shoes carefully and wear them gently on carpeting to be sure they fit before subjecting them to regular wear. You cannot return worn items. Returned shoes must be unworn, in new condition, in their original shoe box and shipped within 15 days (unless purchased in the store).
You may return any item purchased on our Web site either by mail or in person at the Brooklyn store. We do not refund shipping charges. There is a $25 charge for shoe boxes used as shipping containers with address labels. All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Pending inspection, a refund or store credit will be issued to you using the following policy:
Full Price Purchases:
The price of unworn shoes purchased and received by Shoemine.com within 15 days of the invoice date will be refunded to the customer.
Not Eligible for Return:
Shoemine.com will not accept returns of shoes that are worn, or that are returned after 15 days of the delivered date. Shoemine.com will not accept returns of shoes that sold as final sale.
Require Shoe Box:
Shoemine.com will charge $25 for each pair of shoes that is returned with a damaged shoebox or without a shoe box or in a shoebox that has been used as a shipping container with address labels.
Return procedure:
Included with your purchase invoice you will find a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Replace the shipping label on the box that your shoes came packaged in with the return shipping label and send the shoes back with UPS.
